Social Media Marketing (SMM) Package:
- SMM Package is a one-time package and it cannot be carried forward by the buyer. All the deliverable will be delivered to the buyer within 10 working days from the day the buyer sends us the questionnaire.
- For social media optimization and publishing of posts, our social media expert will ask the buyer for access to the social media pages.
- We will deliver one month’s content calendar to the buyer after getting a briefing from them. Based on the content calendar, we will design, deliver and publish 20 custom creatives on the respective social media channels. There will be no changes or modifications for the creatives.
- Facebook Shop Setup is applicable for only those buyers who have a retail business selling products or specific items.
- If the buyer doesn’t have a Facebook Ad account already, our expert will create one for them. The buyer has to add their own payment method to the ad account for running ads.
- The creatives delivered to the buyer will be scheduled for publishing on their respective dates.
- Our social media customer care service will be available from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM. It will not be available on public holidays.
- Website bookmarking for the buyer will be limited to 20 sites which are relevant to their business.
- Published posts can be run as an ad if the buyer wants, budget for the ad has to be born by the buyer.
- The social media report will be sent via email to the buyer after completion of 1 month.
- Our Call / WhatsApp support feature will be available from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms:
Spacedge Creation is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment:
Spacedge Creation is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and high courts located in Kolkata for the resolution of any disputes.
